**About the role**:

- Performance (definition and follow the functional part of all the possible improvements and measurement)
- Skills anticipation program
- Resource Management : transformation program to insource within Major Service Center hundreds of external resources mainly in France
- Financial (identify all the possible sources of financial improvement with very close collaboration with key actor in place in Cairo). Very close and regular collaboration with central Finances and budget Manager
- Define, Organize and lead the Projects/Programs
- Propose projects/programs to top management

- Prepare projects/program structure
- Actors appointment
- Actors Roles and responsibilities
- Planning with different steps
- Risks analysis
- Projects/Programs lead
- Implement the project/program with appropriated and regular governance
- Follow-up of the actions and deliverables on-time
- Regular team and executive communication
- Negotiation with Department Management

- Validate all the external resources with risk (legal & financial) assessment

**About you**:

- Work Experience:

- Senior profile
- Significant operational experience within IT domain with important exposures to project management, operations, presales or customer facing functions
- People management
- Tools, Process, Technologies:

- ITIL certification with real understanding of IT Service Lifecycle (Incident / Change / Problem / Release / Inventory / Configuration management processes)
- Experience in implementing Continuous Service Improvement using various tools and methodologies: Agile, Six Sigma, Lean Management or Kaizen for example
- Cloud Computing technologies or new technologies general knowledges would be appreciated
- Good excel experience and practice mandatory (Pivot table, Vlookup, dates management, etc )
- Soft skills:

- Very good verbal and written communication skill using English and French languages
- Perfect French and English is mandatory
- Being able to interact with senior actors located in different regions
- Exemplary in time management and deadlines commitment
- Organizational capabilities
- Ability to plan and control
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Efficiency and result oriented
- Good negotiation skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and determined attitude
- Extended hours availably and flexibility in order to be able to manage escalations during critical implementation phases and work with different time zones
