**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for product development, people development, and organizational consulting services.
- Identify and approach potential clients to understand their business needs and offer customized consulting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present Fortegard’s services and value proposition to potential clients through proposals, presentations, and meetings.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the business consulting or services industry.
- Strong understanding of product development, people development, and organizational consulting services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of clients.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing your time and sales pipeline effectively.
