**Position Title**: EHS Manager-Burullus CCPP

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsible for definition and deployment of Siemens O&M EHSprogram across all the power plant premises to ensure full EHS compliance andcontinual improvement in all areas
- Putting forward recommendations, notifications and advice toStation, operation and maintenance managers, to enable them to fulfil theirlegal obligations in respect to EHS aspects
- Manages the EHS Engineers and Supervisors within the power plant
- Ensure prompt elimination of non-conformances
- Definition and assimilation of procedures, methods, and tools toeffectively deploy the EHS management system
- Comply with IFC guidelines and lenders requirements, and worktowards successful audits conducted by lenders representatives
- Develops and implements EHS training
- Support in preparation of hazard assessments and investigate andprepare accident reports, stipulating measures for prevention of the foregoing
- Conducts risk reviews, compliance audits and internal assessmentof facilities
- Evaluates EHS implications of new work introductions
- Collection, analysis, and reporting of EHS MS metrics
- Manages regulatory agency, 3rd party audits, inspections,inquiries, contacts, and reporting
- Monitor developing international and local regulatory requirementsand initiatives; analyse potential impacts; provide practical recommendationsand risk analyses
- Work in partnership with senior and site management to develop andimplement strategies, policies, and services to increase employee safety &reduce organization risks
- Report directly to the Station Manager and the Division EHSManager

- PowerPlant/Industrial Experience
- EHS Certificate

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor of Engineering or Science
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent
- NEBOSH IDip or equivalent - Advantage
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in EHS with 5 years in managementposition
- Experience in direct management of 5-10 employees
- Experience in development/implementation of EHS MS
- Interpersonal skills to promote safety culture and act as safetyadvocate throughout the company
- Interpersonal skills to support problem solving and investigationof incidents
- Experience in power generation power plant - Advantage
- Familiarity with IFC standards - Advantage
- Experience in international organization - Advantage
