Business Development Executive

Account Executive’s are Zeal’s **front line with clients**. The client’s first point of contact to introduce the company and offering. Every Account Executive strives to have a positive impact on the client’s experience with Zeal. Giving each client added value through knowledge, trust, and support. All while clearly impacting Zeal’s bottom line through an increase in accounts, deposits, and revenues.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Call assigned leads to identify customer needs.
- Follow up on potential leads and existing accounts on a daily basis.
- Answer questions regarding ZEAL products and benefits.
- Utilize a “Needs based selling approach” and explain Zeal’s competitive advantage vs. other brokers and align the company’s advantages with the customer’s needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and policies in order to attract more potential clients.
- Know all company deposit and withdrawal options and clearly inform clients of the best options available to them.
- Align with Customer Support department for Account opening and KYC validity.
- Follow up on opened accounts to receive the necessary KYC documents such as ID and Proof of Residence.
- Guide clients on how to use the company’s trading platform (Metatrader 4) and explain the differences between it and other trading software.
- Discuss potential market opportunities and trading knowledge with potential leads and clients.
- Convert leads into accounts and align with trading services dept. for client retention.
- Maintain CRM records for assigned leads and accounts.
- Help in client growth by delivering best services.
- Identify “Up Sell” opportunities and assign potential business opportunities to Business Development Managers when needed. (i.e.. Introducing Broker Business).
- Achieve sales target including:
- No. of Accounts (Lead to Account)
- No. of Funded Accounts (FTD)
- Gross Deposits.
- Client Satisfaction.
- No. of daily calls.
- Quality of calls.
- Attend and promote industry events to attract clients and achieve targets.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of experience in Forex / Insurance / Real estate / Banking / Stock and Commodities Brokerage fields in sales Department Professional Key Knowledge Area Requirement:
- Basic Financial markets knowledge
- Strong interest in Financial markets including FX, Stocks, and Commodities. Skills & Competencies
- Selling Skills.
- Communication skills.
- Customer orientation.
- Strong Learning ability.
