- Define and implement the cross-functional organization and ways of working to successfully implement the retail strategy/roadmap
- Manage and leverage real estate, property management and opening processes and cost efficiencies to optimize our investment in Retail
- Implement retail standards and practices, tools, systems and controls (in partnership with key functions) to optimize store performance, drive efficiency and control risk
- Work with HR to build retail HR tools and capabilities to support the business and develop a ‘Retail talent’ strategy
- Animate the retail community to foster a common vision, shared objectives and accountability for retail initiatives
- Ensure data privacy compliance in Retail

Job Requirements:

- 10 to 12 years of Experience in retail management or another related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field.
- English Language proficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
