**Job Title: Brand Manager**

**Job Summary**: As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to build and strengthen our brand. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, conduct market research, and analyze consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure brand consistency across all communications and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Analyze brand performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Create and manage the brand budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries to maintain brand reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve brand strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of brand management software and tools is a plus.

Pay: Up to E£35,000.00 per month
