**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide administrative support to all departments within the organization.
- Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with data entry and the creation of spreadsheets and reports.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individual or department.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate meeting area.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
