EHS Technician

This individual will be involved in a variety of activities to ensure that the HBF adhesive factory is operated in a conscious manner to H.B. Fuller approved standards which in turn meet National & International Standards for Health and Safety, OSHA

including:

- Coordinates and cooperates in the implementation/ development of departmental HSE Rules and Practices
- Ensure emergency equipment and tools preparedness
- Maintains an incident reporting system that includes a mechanism for investigation and evaluating all relevant incidents reported and for documenting the review of reports.
- Conduct EHS training for some topics and procudres.
- Ensures that all Safety instructions are carried out
- Inspect all hand, lifting tools and electrical equipments
- Follow up all contractors work and permits
- track environmental metrics and waste segregation and dispoal
- Follow up admin security work

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Min 3-5 years of experience in HSE field (preferred industrial)
- Very good verbal and written skills (English)
- Holding certificates of Specialist training / OSHA / ISO 45001.
- good communication, decision making, teamwork.
- Good computer skills; Experience with Microsoft office.
