We are the leader in well construction and production. Our innovative physical and digital solutions improve efficiency, production and maximize reservoir value. Our Integrated Well Services team works onsite with our customers to support their well construction projects.

As a Senior Field Consultant, you will be responsible to lead all the well engineering activities within a project or Center of Excellence according to guidelines and processes set out in the Integrated Well Services Management System, international and/or local standards and regulations and customer requirements.

As a Senior Field Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all engineering activities are in line with HSE policies and procedures.
- Providing technical input to the well construction, completions, well intervention and abandonment phases.
- Providing technical input to the commercial and procurement teams
- Ensuring the well design and well program is prepared and detailed procedures are provided to the execution team.
- Preparing well design, well plan and operational procedures for construction, completion, intervention and/or abandonment of wells in area of responsibility.
- Communicating effectively with well site/project stakeholders and make recommendations for flawless service delivery and operational excellence.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or equivalent engineering degree.
- Have minimum of 5 years of work experiences in well construction, completions, intervention and/or optimization.
- Have a competency in drill bits/mills, BHA design, engineering simulations, field operations, preparation of programs, or similar.
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
