**Service Delivery & Information**:

- Maintain and monitor accuracy of case records, making necessary improvement and tracking progress against HR Operations Procedures.
- Ensure all correspondence throughout the employee life cycle is professional, accurate and complies with legal objectives and is recorded on employee files and databases (where relevant) eg offer of employment, on boarding documentation, changes to employment, supporting documentation to third parties.
- Preparation of reporting.
- Ensure all onboarding of new starters is captured and delivered by HR, Line Manager and Training as appropriate.
- Ensure all exit interviews are carried out and data is recorded on the HR central system and feedback to take appropriate action.
- Maintain the documentation & filing system as well as an accurate & updated database for each employee (Egyptian National or Expatriate).

**Employee Relations**
- Ensure that relationships between SYSTRA and its employees are managed appropriately; within a clear framework underpinned by culture, practices, policies, and ultimately governing country Labor Law.
- Support and coach employees and managers in understanding and complying with policies and practices, ensuring policies and procedures are applied fairly for both the business and individual.
- Take lead on investigating and resolving employee relations issues. Investigates and advises both management and employees on personnel matters, preparing briefing papers as required

**Financial Excellence (budgets, revenue/profit, and costs)**
- Before submitting the preparation of the payroll to the Finance Department, all employee data must be accurately documented, approved/declined, and recorded. Administrating the social insurance according to the Egyptian labor law.

**People Excellence (internal/external customer engagement and relationship management)**
- To act as an employee role model.
- To display excellent standards in all you do and inspire others to do the same, and that you operate within legislative/regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- To display confidence, self-belief, and openness to new ideas, adapting and embracing challenges and opportunities with a determination to excel.

**Profile qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of HR experience
- University Degree (bachelor’s degree in law is a plus
- Good understanding of different aspects of HR, including a good grasp of Egyptian Labor & Social Insurance Law.
- Understand and ability to work in a diverse environment.
- Builds trust of employees and managers and consistently giving carefully thought-through advice.
- Very Good English (written, understanding, speaking) is a must.
- Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook ).
- Dealing with the outside office (Labor Office - Social Insurance Office).
- Payroll knowledge (salary tax & calculation)
