**Position Summary**
You will build a solid knowledge base of global portfolio requirements in the HVACR vertical, by working with diverse stakeholders e.g., customers, Danfoss sales and sales driver teams, and industry experts.
You will develop the holistic value proposition for the HVACR vertical and drive localization of value proposition in the regions via a competent team of Regional Product Marketing Managers. You will own the global launch strategy of new products, and support in strategy execution via the Product management team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop & own HVACR Portfolio vision and strategy.
- Develop Value Proposition for HVACR vertical enabling sales to promote full portfolio from Danfoss Drives.
- Define product positioning (across product tiers and regions) targeting HVACR Vertical.
- Decide on overall product pricing (framework).
- Consolidate competitive portfolio intelligence.
- Develop and own overall HVACR portfolio roadmap and secure regular timely updates and management alignment.
- Develop and own business case for New Product Development.
- Lead a globally competent team of regional product marketing managers (PMM).
- Leverage regional Product Marketing Manager to capture market insights to drive holistic portfolio strategy.
- Act as sparring partner and advisor to product managers with updated market insights and help enable strategic product decisions or decide on product backlog specifications.
- Own global launch strategy and support strategy execution with regional PMM and product managers.

**Background & Skills**:
Qualifications, Experience and Languages
- MS degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product portfolio activities for HVACR industry or similar.
- Drives knowledge or electronics background.
- Leadership experience in global context.
- Able to work in matrix organization.
- Customer/commercial leadership experience and ability to facilitate customers interactions with credibility, confidence and Think Danfoss mentality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and structured with a strategic mindset.
