Corporate Trainer

**The Corporate Trainer and Coach plays a dual role of developing, coordinating, and conducting training programs for company employees, while also providing personalized coaching to support individual growth and performance. This role ensures that our team members possess the knowledge and skills to perform their jobs effectively and to achieve their career goals.**
**Key Responsibilities**
**Training Development**:
- Assess company-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives.
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs using a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching.
- Continually enhance and update training content and curriculum based on feedback and evolving company needs
**One-on-One Coaching**:
- Provide individualized coaching to employees, focusing on enhancing skills and addressing performance areas needing improvement.
- Develop personalized coaching plans for employees, setting clear objectives and milestones.
- Help employees recognize their strengths and weaknesses and guide them through professional development.
**Performance Metrics**:
- Track and analyze training and coaching outcomes, providing regular feedback to the management team.
- Ensure that training and coaching align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Identify future training needs by staying up-to-date with business direction and challenges.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with managers to understand departmental training needs and individual coaching requirements.
- Partner with HR and management to align training with succession planning, talent development, and employee retention strategies.
**Continuous Learning**:
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in training and coaching.
- Attend workshops, read publications, and network with other professionals to enhance personal knowledge and training delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate training.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development, and soft-skills development.
- Knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices.
- Ability to analyze training needs and employee performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Certification in coaching or a related field is a plus.
