- Coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software
- Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
- Should be Arabic
