Ensure customer service standards are delivered while monitoring business costs. Support expansion both in existing and new cinema projects. Support the Cinema Manager to provide leadership, build the capabilities, connect with and motivate team members both on an individual level and as part of the team. Protect and enhance the Cinema culture through management of direct reports and influence over cinema teams to meet company objectives.
- Graduate in any discipline is preferred - A minimum of 3+years relevant, demonstrated experience and proven track record in Cinema, F&B or Leisure & Entertainment industry, in a management role is preferred - Strong communication skills in English, - Interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills - Good financial, risk management and legal acumen - Strong leadership skills - Good strategy implementation skills - Strong customer understanding - Time management - Good cultural awareness - Team management experience - Fluent spoken and written Arabic is preferable
