Presales Director

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the presales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success.
- Develop and implement presales strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions and proposals for clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to showcase our offerings and value proposition to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and industry events to build relationships and promote our services.
- Drive the development of presales collateral, including presentations, case studies, and solution briefs.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights for product development and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze presales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (+10 years) in presales leadership roles within the cloud technology industry, preferably at a system integrator or cloud services provider.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies, platforms, and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated a track record of driving successful presales initiatives, achieving revenue targets, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute presales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client needs and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Professional certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
