**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**

The main responsibilities related to the development assignment are as follows:

- Preparing letters to MOFA related to:
1. staff residencies, MOFA ID cards issuance.
2. Purchasing/sale of new vehicles
3. Renewal of car licenses/driving licenses
4. Documents related to importing/exporting shipments
5. Proxies for legalization through MOFA
6. Airport passes issuance
- Communicating with caterer to arrange for caterings during meetings
- Settlement of invoices related to insured official vehicles
- Settlement of invoices related to catering services
- Settlement of invoices related to shipping services
- Providing international professional staff any assistance related to protocol matters
- Updating the PRI system with information regularly
- Filing of all important documents

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**

Essential: Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic

**REMUNERATION**

Your current contractual arrangements and benefits will not be affected. If your developmental assignment involves a short-term move to another duty station, you will receive the hotel component of the first 60 days DSA rate of the duty station where you will be temporarily based throughout the entire assignment. Travel costs in economy class will be covered.
