Sales Account Manager

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- IGCSE or American Diploma is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing and nurturing relationships with clients or customers to drive sales and meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to ensure products or services meet customer expectations.
- Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly, maintaining a positive relationship with clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Set Improvement plans to manage teams and keep performance and follow-up records.
