**Job Description**:

- Planning, preparation and coordination of NDT activities.
- Collaborate with Back Office, Operations, and Customer Service team to ensure and implement the supply chain plan.
- Fully aware and familiar to international and national standards, regulations, laws, SOP documents related to the environment and industrial Hygiene activities.
- Responsible for A range of fuel retail services from SGS to ensure the efficiency and quality of operations.
- Ensure additive services to correct deficiencies that can affect cargo handling, safety and contractual obligations.
- Supervise and follow up all day-to-day operations of Inspections orders.
- Ensure implementation of the Quality Management System of the Business in conjunction with the B M.
- Responsible for establishing necessary instructions/documents to conduct the services.
- Follow-up with B M to resolve discrepancies observed during execution of the services.
- Interface between the company and the clients.
- Identify training needs for upgrading execution skills in conjunction with the BM.
- Make suggestions on improving effectiveness and efficiency of the SGS.
- Ensure smooth processing of files from receipt of inquiry through to the invoicing.
- Follow-up of services performed.
- Identify, evaluate the staff and monitor their performance.
- Follow up, control, and maintain the calibration program/plan for the equipment’s.
- Prepare and review all working standards.
- Follow-up and resolve (as appropriate) any customer complaints, in conjunction with the BM.
- Ensure implementation of the Group Code of Integrity.
- Undertake any additional duties as delegated by the B M to assist in the achievement of Business objectives.
- Review/identify new scope/rate.
- Review technical results of draft/final certificate.
- Approve certificate/invoice.
- Discuss technical/financial issues with customers.
- Approve inspector time sheet.
- Upgrade skills of the business’ staff (setup training plans) in Conjunction with BM.
- Ensure implementation of objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- BSc/BA in a relevant field.
- Over 5 years of proven management experience with people management skills of a medium to large size organization
- Organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Must be creative, innovative and client focused.
- Must be able to read, understand and follow work instructions in a safe, accurate and timely manner.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
- Ability to work well with others & independently.
- Proven time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure.
- Leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and manage people.
- Ensures full compliance with the company’s Health & Safety, Code of Integrity, and Professional Conduct policies.
- Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate English Level.
