**Responsibilities**

- **Data Analysis**: Analyzing internal and external data, including sales data, cost structures, and market trends, to identify pricing opportunities and challenges
- **Price Setting**: Recommending and setting prices for products or services based on cost analysis, market research, and profit margin objectives.
- **Price Optimization**: Continuously reviewing and adjusting prices to maximize revenue and profitability while ensuring competitiveness
- **Discount and Promotion Management**: Managing and analyzing the impact of discounts, promotions, and pricing incentives on sales and profitability
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of pricing strategies through key performance indicators (KPIs) like revenue, margin, and market share.
- **Price Negotiation**: Assisting in price negotiations with customers, partners, or suppliers, as necessary
- **Price Modeling**: Creating and maintaining pricing models to simulate various scenarios and assess the impact of pricing changes
- **Compliance**: Ensuring pricing practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or relevant discipline
- 2-4 years of experience in Pricing
- Preferably B2B food manufacturing experience
- SAP experience is a plus
- CMA is a plus
