**Responsibilities**:
If you are our new Production Engineer, you will become part of a fast pace, growing company and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement. You will play an important part in the communication with customers, co-workers, and suppliers. You will be a hands-on Production Engineer and we will value creative ideas based on your professional experience. See this as a role that gives you the opportunity to develop and learn.

You will be responsible for smaller projects in the department, as well as cross-cutting projects. You will have to ensure and participate in continuous improvements that support the objectives of the department. Equally, we aim to constantly improve existing methods and processes.

Responsibilities for this position also include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Driving continuous improvement through irreversible corrective actions to field issues, process capability and incoming inspection analysis.
- Implementation/maintenance of calibration and measurement system analysis systems.
- Adherence and improvement of Quality Management System through document control.
- Ability to conduct and drive adherence to certification through internal auditing.
- Analyze and initiate continuous improvement through quality metrics (reliability data, PPM, cost).
- Be responsible for the production technical documentation for the area (SOPs, flow charts, PFMEA, control plans, measurement system analyzes and statistical process control).

- You probably have experience from a similar role within the manufacturing environment
- You have a background as a production engineer or equivalent engineering education, supplemented by your experience from similar position
- Preferred experience in following quality tools: PPAP, MSA, calibration, Control Plans AND PFMEA
- Experience in using problem solving skills such as 8D’s, 5 why’s, fishbone diagrams
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel and Power BI programs.
