As a Senior Presales Engineer focusing on Oracle Fusion Applications within our partner organization, our primary responsibility is to be the technical anchor during the sales process, providing expertise, guidance, and innovative solutions tailored to meet clients' unique business challenges. You will work collaboratively with sales teams, architects, and clients, translating business needs into comprehensive Oracle Fusion Applications-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement and Needs Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth discussions with prospective clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and strategic objectives.
- Perform thorough needs assessments, capturing and documenting detailed requirements to design Oracle Fusion Applications solutions aligned with client goals.
- Solution Development and Customization:

- Collaborate closely with solution architects and technical teams to design customized Oracle Fusion Applications solutions that address specific client needs.
- Identify opportunities for solution customization and configuration to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Technical Presentations and Demonstrations:

- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, live demos, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Tailor demonstrations to highlight how Oracle Fusion Applications can address the client's challenges, emphasizing key features and functionalities.
- Proposal Creation and Technical Documentation:

- Lead the creation of comprehensive proposals, outlining detailed project scopes, implementation methodologies, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, configuration recommendations, and technical specifications.
- Technical Expertise and Consultation:

- Maintain a deep understanding of the Oracle Fusion Applications suite, staying updated with new features, enhancements, and industry best practices.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on Oracle Fusion Applications' capabilities, integration possibilities, and optimization strategies.
- Collaboration and Internal Alignment:

- Foster strong collaboration between sales, technical, and delivery teams to ensure alignment throughout the sales cycle and a successful transition post-sales.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, facilitating seamless communication and knowledge transfer.

**Technical Skills**:

- Advanced certifications in Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle Cloud are highly valued.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications suite, encompassing various modules such as financials, HCM, SCM, etc., along with a strong grasp of the Oracle technology stack (Database, Middleware, Cloud).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of successful presales support, including proposal creation, solution design, and contributing to the successful closure of sales opportunities.

**Education**:
Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
