**About this opportunity**

We are currently hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will consultatively handle the end-to-end recruitment process and act as a trusted advisor on recruitment related activities for multiple countries and business units across the market area Middle East & Africa. This role will be based in Cairo, Egypt and is part of a multi-cultural team working across the Middle East and Africa.

**What you will do**
- Conduct advisory intake sessions using market intelligence and defined sourcing strategy in collaboration with the sourcing team.
- Develop and update job adverts and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media channels
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Secure all pre boarding activities are in place for new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer happiness, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**You will bring**

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of recruitment experience in multinational environments
- Previous experience in hiring local talent for GCC countries.
- Expertise in full recruitment cycle processes through traditional and non-traditional methods (preferably ICT & Telecom technologies)
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other similar cloud-based systems
- Experience in mass recruitment & working in a matrix organization
- Experience in hiring local and international talent majorly for GCC countries.
