**Job Description**:
- Manage a team of Field Service Engineers. Provide Dealership service readiness feedback and support Techline products at GM Dealerships and other authorized facilities including certain GM Fleet accounts.
- Achieve budget goals. Maintain a close working relationship with GM District Managers of Aftersales to review vehicles in repurchase jeopardy and seek creative method to avoid buy-back.
- Provide third level, on-site support to resolve automotive technical and Techline issues as raised.
- Leads the performance of team members and provides guidance / coaching.
- Works to improve Workplace of Choice environment.
- Leads the culture within their team, holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute lubricants sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets. Manage and optimize existing distribution channels. Forge strategic partnerships with key big traders to expand market reach given his 14 years expertise in lubricants. Lead market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
