**About the Role**:
We're looking for a skilled Marketing Researcher to lead market research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive our marketing strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Market Research**:

- Design and execute primary and secondary market research studies, including surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, such as online databases, industry reports, and social media platforms.
- **Analyze Data**:

- Utilize statistical software and data analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights from large datasets.
- Interpret findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for marketing strategies.
- **Prepare Reports and Presentations**:

- Develop clear and concise reports and presentations that effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Visualize data using charts, graphs, and other infographics to enhance understanding and decision-making.
- **Monitor Competitors and Analyze Customer Behavior**:

- Track the activities of competitors, including their marketing strategies, product launches, and pricing.
- Analyze customer data to understand their preferences, needs, and buying behaviors.
- Identify opportunities for product or service improvement and new market entry.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of research efforts with business objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in market research or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently.
