As a Sales Effectiveness Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing sales performance metrics, ensuring CRM data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to leadership. You will lead verification tasks, support continuous improvement efforts, and streamline sales processes to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Track and analyse sales performance metrics, identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations to sales leadership for improving overall sales performance.
- Lead the monitoring and maintenance of the CRM reporting platform, ensuring data accuracy and preparing comprehensive analytical reports.
- Assign and monitor tasks for Client relationship executives to ensure effective completion of verification activities and contributions to improvement projects.
- Provide training and support to the client relationship executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards.
- Deliver insightful sales reports and analysis to support management decision-making and optimise sales processes.
- Analyse and evaluate current sales processes, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimise the sales cycle.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A certified Lean Six Sigma yellow belt is a plus.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, quality assurance, or a related field.

**Knowledge**
- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales operations;
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.

**Skills**
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
