**Job Summary**:
To coordinate, plan, lead computer-related activities, determine the IT needs of Hikma and implement computer systems to fulfill Hikma’s information system requirements as well as schedule project guidelines and goals while ensuring timelines are met and establishing IT policies regarding operation procedures that ensure compliance.
- Reviews the progress of work being managed by each section under own purview on a regular basis to recommend ways to improve or correct performance if necessary
- Contributes to the preparation of the section budget and ensures that the activities within this section are implemented and processed as per the assigned budget
- Ensures the availability and consistency of end user documentation and user manuals to support internal technical users and end users as well as providing approvals as a final level 2 Confidential
- Discusses work progress and obstacles within the area of work/specialty by responding to straightforward queries and escalating where necessary to provide practical levels of support and guidance
- Interacts with management and staff to provide technical assistance for the continuous improvement of IT solutions
- Manages equipment and parts inventory and rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources
- Maintains effective relationships both within and outside the department, seeking input from and preserving effective ongoing communication with others as well as managing conflict to ensure the least disruption to company operations and promoting collaboration to deliver value to the organization
- Collaborates with technology vendors on technological activities in order to identify areas of opportunity for long-term cost savings for the company
- Stays ahead of current industry trends, remaining diligent about Information technologies updates and bringing prior industry/technical knowledge to benefit the company
- Identifies the need for change and fosters a climate where subordinates generate suggestions for change in order to maximize the performance of the department and make the organization stronger
- Ensures that IT employees work collaboratively with business and third-party partners to meet strategic objectives
- Develops new processes while driving for automation everywhere to increase productivity
- Recommends, assists and encourages user education to direct them to the best use of their software/hardware tools for the utilization of existing systems to their fullest potential
- Performs regular system audits and shares regular operation system reports to keep senior staff informed

**Qualification**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or any equivalent experience.

Preferably with a master degree.

**Experience**:
8-10 years of relevant technical IT experience with at least 2 years of progressive IT management leadership
