**What You'll Do**:
As a Business Development Team Lead, you will generate and contact direct and indirect leads, regain lost accounts, discuss potential projects, and present our services to clients. Additionally, calculates monthly commission schemes and monitors the team’s performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance through key metrics and provide coaching and guidance to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
- Ensure the team adheres to sales processes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports for senior management, providing insights and action plans.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to optimize the sales funnel and improve overall customer experience.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Responsible for the team's pipeline development.
- Use Business Intelligence to analyze and generate reports.
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Excellent to Fluent English skills, with a flair for communication and persuasion.
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Previous experience in the localization industry is a definite plus, but not a requirement.
- Outspoken personality with a natural ability to engage and connect with others.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Proficiency in CRM / lead generation tools.
