**Job Summary**:
The SAP Support Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement robust monitoring and troubleshooting processes to proactively identify and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Middleware Technologies: Evaluate and select middleware technologies, tools, and protocols to ensure optimal integration performance and maintainability.
- Platform Expertise: Utilize your deep expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Microsoft Azure Integration Services to architect, implement, and maintain integration solutions.
- Integration Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with business objectives, focusing on SAP to SAP, SAP to Non-SAP, and Non-SAP to Non-SAP integrations.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP integration initiatives.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve integration challenges.
- Showcase expertise in utilizing diverse adapters (AS2, Idoc, OData, SOAP, SuccessFactors, SFTP, HTTPS, etc.) to ensure seamless integration across systems and protocols.
- Leverage a comprehensive understanding of CPI's palette functions to optimize and enhance integration workflows.
- Exhibit specialized knowledge in integrating with SuccessFactors, ensuring reliable connections with SAP's cloud-based Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.
- Implement secure connections between on-premises and cloud-based systems, connecting with S/4HANA and other systems using the cloud connector.
- Optimize integration processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integration solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SAP integration.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP integration support or related roles.
- Proficiency in SAP PI/PO, CPI, or other integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
- In-depth knowledge of integration technologies such as ESBs, APIs, and middleware.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in integration support.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL or similar support frameworks is advantageous.
- Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective oral and written communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
