**How can you make a difference?**
**_ Objective:_**
Provide technical support to UNICEF CSD programme staff and implementing partners for a standardized and consistent implementation of monitoring tools and indicator tracking and establishment of national MIS in MoHP, MOSS, NCCM and NNI for children at risk. The consultant will support the regular update of the dashboard and document the progress and challenges in the field, including developing required tools and reports.
**_ Methodology:_**
The consultant will carry out this assignment through:
- **Technical coordination** with section chief and CSD colleagues in regard to programme planning, monitoring and reporting; and
- **Regular field support **to implementing partners to build capacities and monitor work.

- A compendium of data related to the situation of children in Egypt produced to enrich the CSD programme rationale which will be developed in joint collaboration between the SP section and CSD team.
