Chairman Buisness Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise the activities and work to ensure that all work within a specific area of the General section activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of general section to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Providing administrative support to chairman such Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Create and coordinate all correspondences, memos, faxes, E-mails and all other related activities required by chairman Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel
- Working closely with all managers / Directors to update progress and accomplishment of all business assignments as per the chairman directions
- Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards
- Preparation of timely and accurate reports of General section to meet department requirements, policies and standards
- Perform other related duties or assignments as directed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field
- 3-5 years relevant experience in managerial field including at least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
- Excellent command in Microsoft office.
- Professional Internet user.
- English: Fluent.
- good interpersonal and time management skills
- Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters.
