About the Job - Audit all distributors’ activities in all areas - Support our sales program and databases. - Create all follow up reports for our sales team & distributors such as - Sales Reports - Sales Achievements Vs Target Reports. - KPI Reports Daily reports like sales, KPI’s and create and monitor. Also follow-up to the desired objectives and search for errors and solve it and analyze data easily to other departments such as direct report management, marketing, production and development of sales channels to make decision. And support all sales team with more analysis on time and work hard to be able to react with situation, calculate and control budget the TTS (total trade spend) to see the ideal steps from A to Z concerning the TTS in line with predefined business rules. Also ensure that all business partners all aligned with the same steps. And calculate and monitor actual cost report
Job Requirements - From 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Admin. within FMCG industry is a plus - BA. Degree from reputable university. - English Good. - Familiar with Oracle ERP - Excellent communication skills.
