Customer Service Representative

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and organized **Customer Service Representative (English Bilingual)** to provide exceptional support and service to our clients, drivers, and vendors. This role requires excellent English communication skills, multitasking abilities, and strong attention to detail.
- **At least 2 years of experience working with US accounts.**:
- Experience with project management tools like Bushive (or willingness to learn).
- A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Assistance & Call Management**:
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency via phone and other communication channels.
- Resolve issues promptly or transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
**Driver Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure all legal and operational requirements for drivers are met.
- Regularly follow up with drivers to maintain compliance with policies and regulations.
- Organize and manage driver documentation and maintain accurate records.
**Maintenance Coordination**:
- Collaborate with local managers to support the Maintenance Division.
- Manage data entry and vendor coordination for maintenance activities.
- Track parts orders and purchases to ensure timely repairs and updates.
**Project Management & Software Tools**:
- Utilize **busHive software** to track tasks, monitor compliance, and manage projects.
- Maintain data logs and documents using Google Sheets.
- Communicate effectively with team members via WhatsApp and other tools.
- Set up and manage screening questions for calls and inquiries.
**Operational Support**:
- Provide real-time customer service during bus routes and respond to related inquiries.
- Monitor driver communications via the radio system and follow up as needed.
- Implement tagging procedures for early and late arrivals (e.g., yellow for early, red for late).
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:
- Minimum **2 years of experience working with US accounts.**:
- **Experience with project management tools like Bushive (or willingness to learn).**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to follow up and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., busHive) and Google Sheets (or similar).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to adapt quickly and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or maintenance coordination.
- Familiarity with radios and communication systems for operations management.
- Experience managing customer service or administrative processes in a bilingual setting.
**Schedule**:
6 AM to 3 PM **EST**
10 AM to 7 PM **EST**
**Pay**:
$2.50 to $4/hr
