**About this opportunity**

We are now seeking an Environment, Occupational Health & Safety Subject Matter Expert in telecommunications sector, to provide comprehensive Environment, Occupation Health & Safety support for relevant organization, coordinate responsibilities to meet business needs and ensure compliance with all Environment, Occupational Health & Safety requirements, and procedures.

**What you will do**
- Address customer & local regulatory requirements, and ensure realizing compliance within Ericsson’s OHS framework
- Interface towards EHS SME team within Market Area to agree and develop EHS policies and plans for Managed Services Organization.
- Ensure proper EHS Injection for new field operation, including internal or external team members, as company and individuals.
- Monitor and identify any deviation gaps of EHS adherence by external ASPs and Internal Field Operation delivery.
- Supervise, control and report EHS performance and inspections results. This may include internal project audits, to suppliers or any other areas of Ericsson operations.
- To be the lead advisor on any incident investigation, including conducting effective and pertinent investigation analysis, reporting on incident as per Ericsson standards, proposing and following up on determined corrective and preventive actions.

**You will bring**
- Education: A recognized formal OHS qualification e.g., bachelor degree and preferably NEBOSH IGC in Occupational Safety and Health and/or ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor)
- Telecom Min years of experience: 5 years
- EHS Managerial role years of experience: 6-12 years
- Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility skills
- Project Risk Management Skills
- Business Process and Budgeting Knowledge
