**Purpose Of the Job**:
Ensure customer satisfaction is provided to customers through efficently analyzing and providing solutions to enhancing performance, by adhering to policies and standards to achieve highest satisfaction levels.
- Attending customer’s inquiries by fulfilling their requirements, solve their problems, follow up their cases, and update them.
- Manage and meet customer expectations.
- Respond to all customer's inquiries to improve their customer service experience.
- Provide excellent customer service for customers as per Aramex Operations standards.
- Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
- Collaborate with the Ground operations team to achieve the team objectives.
- Serve assigned customer's inquiries and provide full information and advice.
- Achieve Aramex customer service KPIs Pass the customer service audits.
- Implement Customer Service KPIs
- Sustain high customer satisfactory service level.
- Follow up on domestic outstanding shipments.
- Daily Reporting related to assigned Client’s production.
**Job Requirements**:
- Customer Service and Domestic Operations Experience
- Bachelor’s degree Holder
- Customer-oriented
- Strong Analysis skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Problem Solver
- English Language Fluency
