You will support customer projects, and research process by preparing and selecting flavors and maintaining data relevant to flavor portfolio, according to EH&S policies and our needs. reporting directly to the Application & Portfolio Manager and located in our site in 6th of October City, Industrial Zone.

**You will**:

- Prepare flavored food products for customer projects, presentations and research projects
- Select flavors for projects according to specified requirements (i.e., customer, regulatory, legislation, and technical costs)
- Help taste sessions and presentations to customers/visitors
- Manage flavor data and recipe documentation for food products
- Maintain the flavor performance data for the flavor portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment following EH&S policies

**You?**
- Hold bachelor's degree in Food Science, Pharmacy, Science (Chemistry)
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar field (R&D snacks or Savoury are preferred)
- Speak English fluently
- Understanding of research documentation protocol.
- Knowledge of our selected food products and their production processes
- Basic understanding of the financial aspects of flavor selection (cost-in-use, margins)
- Tasting skills and ability to describe the flavor profile of the product.
