Nawy is launching a new department called **Product Commercialization** that will focus on developing B2B solutions for real estate developers. We will be creating new products such as 360 virtual tours, digital brochures, online unit booking services, and online advertising for end customers and brokerages. Our goal is to work closely with the sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that our new products meet the needs of our clients and to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

To support our efforts, we are building a team of talented Business Development executives who will lead our solution selling these new products. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive who will be responsible for:

- Identify and target potential real estate developers with our enterprise products
- Pitch Nawy’s Prop-Tech solutions to potential clients
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue
- Negotiate and close deals through effectively managing a healthy pipeline cycle
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor industry trends and gather feedback and insights to support product development
- Prepare and present reports on sales pipeline
- Stay up to date with new products and services
- Conduct customer interviews and focus groups to explore new business opportunities by gathering product information to address the client needs and support the product development of Nawy new Prop Tech solutions

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Real Estate experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Business Development Specialist in a related industry.
- Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
- Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.
- Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.
- Ability to advise on possible joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
