**Marketing Manager**
Hos Lavazza Denmark arbejder vi med Danmarks mest kendte kaffemærke Merrild og Lavazza - Italiens premium kaffe nr 1. Vi er markedsledere i retail sektoren og ønsker naturligvis at fastholde og udvikle denne position i samarbejde med vores kunder. Vi søger nu en erfaren Marketing Manager som kan bidrage til vores fortsatte vækst og succes. Du vil have ansvaret for Danmark, Norge, Island samt øvrige eksport markeder. Dit arbejdssted vil være vores kontor i Fredericia, og du vil referere til vores Business Unit Director for Danmark. Du bliver en del af den danske ledergruppe, som i fællesskab sætter retningen for virksomheden. Herudover vil du have en faglig reference til vores Marketing Director for UK/Nordic.
Marketing teamet består af 9 engagerede medarbejdere fordelt på to brand teams, projektledelse samt research.
Ansvarsområder
- Overordnet sætte retningen for vore brands og definere prioriteter, herunder udvikling af strategiske marketingplaner, i tæt samarbejde med nøgle interessenter, heriblandt Business Unit Director, Sales Director og Marketing Director for regionen
- Ansvarlig for vores årlige planlægningsproces, Marketing Årshjulet, samt at give input til NPD processen i samarbejde med dine brand teams
- Sammen med brand teams drive og deltage i nøgle udviklingsprojekter, f.eks. konceptudvikling, udvikling af nye kommunikationsløsninger mv
- Identifikation af markedsføringsmuligheder og trends gennem markedsanalyse og en datadrevet tilgang til marketing
- Udvikling og ledelse af vores marketing team med henblik på at opnå målsætninger og sikre brandkonsistens
- Opbygning og vedligeholdelse af stærke samarbejdsrelationer på tværs af hele organisation for at sikre alignment og understøtte salgsmålene
- Sikre effektiv eksekvering af marketinginitiativer og opfølgning på effekten heraf
- Opfølgning marketingbudgetter og sikre optimal ressourceallokering
- Kvalifikationer

**Kvalifikationer**:
Du har minimum 5-7 års erfaring inden for FMCG marketing i en international virksomhed
Stærke strategiske og analytiske evner med dokumenteret erfaring i udvikling og implementering af marketingstrategier
Fremragende ledelsesevner med erfaring i at motivere og udvikle dine teams
Evnen til at arbejde effektivt i en tværfunktionel og dynamisk arbejdsmiljø, hvor forandring er en del af hverdagen
Fremragende kommunikations
- og samarbejdsevner med evnen til at opbygge stærke arbejdsrelationer på tværs af organisationen
Bachelor
- eller kandidatgrad inden for marketing eller et relateret felt
Behersker både dansk og engelsk ubesværet i skrift og tale
Har solid erfaring med officepakken og nysgerrig på ny teknologi der kan udvikle marketing funktionen
