Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize supplier relationships.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials & packaging materials such as (bottles, stickers, plastics, pumps, and cartons).
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing.
- Resolve conflicts and address performance issues.
- Work closely with other departments (Legal, Marketing, HR, production, finance...etc.) to align procurement activities.
- Provide input on strategic decisions related to procurement and supply chain.
- Assist in planning, developing, and implementing the requirement and requisition plan for both the Supply, Demand, and Production departments to ensure meeting the agreed-upon organizational performance plans within allocated budgets and lead times.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in cosmetics/chemicals.
- Purchase Orders and Procurement skills.
- Strong Communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- Oracle User is preferred.
