**Overall Purpose of the Job**:

- Supervise and follow up the operational aspects of technical support service to ensure and obtain effective administration of operational procedures and optimum production, reliability and utilization of human resources under direct supervision, machines and equipment within defined scope, cost and time constraints.

**Primary Tasks**:

**Essential**

Prepare all needed procedures for:
Pickling, degreasing and Passivation of water loop [PW. WFI and PS]

Water plant treatment maintenance and operation

Boiler operation and maintenance

Prepare all needed Specs in cooperation with quality control for:
Pretreatment water specs

Reverse osmosis [PW] specs

Water for injection [WFI] specs

Industrial steam specs

Pure steam specs

Design and fix all needed labels and arrows after quality assurance approval for water station, boiler, Pure steam, chilled water

**Water station**

Perform PW and WFI sanitation of the loop as per SOP

Check all critical operation parameters on daily basis or as required according to authorized procedures in the water station

Checking all safety requirements for water station operation

Prepare a list for all needed chemicals for the water station, boiler, and chiller such as:
Salt tablets

Meta bi-Sulphate

NaCl

Follow up recording all data in appropriate format as per SOP in time accurately and precisely

Participate with investigation team as required for water treatment, boiler, and chillers trouble shooting or in case of failed quality control chemical or microbiological analysis results.

Supervise the maintenance operation of water treatment station, RO, WFI and PS with maintenance engineer.

Supervise operation and maintains for firefighting and alarm inside water treatment station.

Make sure that Storage water tanks [tape water, PW tank, and WFI tank] are filled, Check these tanks daily as per approved SOP.

Prepare job hazard analysis for water treatment station.

Check all reading after and before filters to determine the date of replacement of these filters.

Prepare a list of all safety tools needed for operation in water treatment station.

Follow up alarms appeared in the control panel of the water station, determine the root cause and solve them, report through deviation report.

Participate in execution of SAT, FAT and IQ protocol of water station.

Responsible for preparing URSs and DQ for water station and Boiler with engineering manager.

Participate in preparing and execution of OQ protocol with validation team.

Participate in preparing and execution of PQ protocol with validation team.

Prepare the layout of sampling points in the water station [PW, WFI] and check samples withdrawal through quality control microbiologist.

Receive analysis result from quality control department and keep them in a dedicated file.

Participate in preparing maintenance plan for water station with engineering manager.

**Boiler**

Supervise and check boiler operation.

Participate in preparing maintenance plan for boiler with engineering manager.

Supervise operation and maintains for fire fitting and alarm inside boiler.

Responsible for preparing URSs and DQ with engineering manager.

Prepare a list of all safety tools needed for operation in boiler.

Participate with investigation team as required for boiler and its trouble shooting.

Follow up recording all data in appropriate format as per SOP in time accurately and precisely.

Check all critical operation parameters on daily basis or as required according to authorized procedures in boiler.

**HVAC System**

Participate in preparing maintenance plan for chillers, AHUs and BMS with engineering manager.

Responsible for preparing URSs and DQ with engineering manager.

Prepare a list of all safety tools needed for operation in chillers and AHUs.

Participate with investigation team as required for chillers, AHUs and BMS and their trouble shooting.

Follow up recording all data in appropriate format as per SOP in time accurately and precisely.

Check all critical operation parameters on daily basis or as required and prepare job hazard analysis for chillers / HVAC system.

**Compressor**

Supervise compressor system operation.

Participate in preparing maintenance plan for compressor with engineering manager.

Responsible for preparing URSs and DQ with engineering manager.

Prepare a list of all safety tools needed for operation in compressor.

Participate with investigation team as required for compressor and its trouble shooting.

Check all critical operation parameters on daily basis or as required according to authorized procedures in the compressor.

**Calibration**

Prepare a list for all needed gauges and sensors that need calibration and participate with calibration contractor, attend calibration and record that
