**Job Description Summary**: This role is a part of Global Immigration Team to support compliant and timely mobilization of Steam Power employees globally. As Immigration Specialist you will be responsible for coordination, collection and processing of documents required for compliant inbound and outbound immigration within Steam Power New Services. In this role you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all immigration policies and processes.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Advise on appropriate immigration route and initiate cases for upcoming FS assignments.
- Work with Global Immigration Manager, other Immigration team members, external service providers, FSMs/RMs, employees to complete work permit, residency and/or visa requirements.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal resources and third parties on appropriate process and documentation needs.
- Process Visa and work permits when applicable.
- Maintain immigration information for employees on assignments abroad.
- Track immigration progress and document processes per country.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- 2+ years’ experience in Immigration, Legal administrative role or HR.
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- English proficiency required
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends on rotating schedule, including overtime in cases of urgency and as required by field service assignments.
