**Job Summary**:
Havas Media Middle East is seeking an experienced Ad Operations Executive to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.

They will have expertise in Campaign Manager 360 and be able to leverage it to optimise our ad campaigns, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide insightful reporting to key internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the end-to-end build and delivery of advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts including implementation, QA, delivery, and reporting.
- Work closely with the planning teams to understand client goals and objectives and help them achieve their KPIs
- Creating material requisition forms by collecting information from publishers and guiding the creative agencies during the creative development phase.
- Creative QA to ensure it meets the platform and publisher specifications.
- Campaign setup - including trafficking sheet updates, advertiser and campaign setup, and creative builds (including dynamic, rich media, and HTML5).
- Ensure that all ad campaigns are accurately set up, tested, and optimised for performance
- Floodlights and audience list management.
- Monitor campaigns to ensure that they are running smoothly, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with other teams to resolve any problems
- Provide insightful reporting to key stakeholders to demonstrate campaign performance and inform future strategy
- Knowledge of Measurement, Attribution Model, Verification, and Standard reporting.
- Knowledge of tagging and conversion tracking implementation in Google Tag Manager and similar Tag Manager Systems.
- Assist with ad hoc AdTech projects as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ad operations and bring new ideas to the team

**Qualifications**:

- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in ad operations, with a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Practical experience in GMP including Campaign Manager 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Proof of successful certifications including CM360 and/or DV360.
- Strong analytical and logic-based problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other teams
- Quick learner and ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with HTML, JavaScript, and other ad-related technologies is a plus.
- Digital marketing and general advertising industry knowledge.
