Are you a Tax Manager with strong public accounting and tax provision experience? If so, read on

We are seeking a Manager of Global Tax to perform various tax-related duties. The role involves supporting the quarterly and annual tax accounting calculations, providing tax technical support, assisting with international and US income tax compliance, and assisting with other various tax projects as they arise. The Manager will also work with various finance departments and liaise with leaders across several non-US locations.

In this role, you will work with the Senior Tax Manager on the following responsibilities:
  • Preparation and review of global income tax provision and effective tax rate calculations
  • Internal management reporting package preparation
  • Identification of potential tax exposures and management of uncertain tax reserves
  • Monitoring income tax payable accounts and reconciliation
  • Modeling effective tax rate implications for transactions and laws
  • Collaboration with tax team for financial statement tax reporting
  • Tax purchase accounting for M&A activity
  • Tax accounting research memorandum drafting
  • Coordination with external compliance teams for accurate tax returns
  • Review of return-to-provision calculations and incorporation into tax provision
  • Preparation of global tax regulatory writings
  • Modeling tax consequences of transactions
  • Support data gathering and scenario modeling for US federal income tax audits
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of experience with a Big 4, regional accounting firm or corporate tax department
  • Income tax accounting (ASC 740 and IAS12) experience
  • Strong knowledge of tax compliance and general corporate tax principles
  • Management experience

Preferred skills/experience:
  • CPA and post-graduate study in Taxation preferred
  • Experience with SAP, OneSource Tax Provision, and/or Longview Tax is a plus
