There are more than 2.3 million Google searches per minute. Were looking for that special someone who intimately understands the value and relationship between SEO and Content Marketing in today s digital first connected world.
The SEO and Content Marketing Specialist should have working knowledge and experience with Inbound Marketing concepts experienced in the B2B (IT Industry) and be well rounded with all digital marketing channels and their interdependencies. The core responsibility will be to expand the digital footprint awareness subscribers and leads of Alnafitha IT. This role requires creativity attention to detail and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage both onpage SEO and offpage SEO for the company.
  • Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal setting based on clickthrough rates traffic and conversions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
  • All Associated steps including website structure Technical SEO keyword analysis Meta tags titles submissions traffic analysis and rank optimization etc.
  • Set and execute strategies to improve the organic rankings and search traffic
  • Onsite Optimization related to page titles URLs redirects internal link structures SEO Copy Editing sitemaps review/maintenance
  • Keyword research to identify and discover new targeting keywords and explore content strategy
  • Monitor track and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary
  • Manage & report SEO performance and optimization efforts on an ongoing and adhoc basis
  • Work with a team to develop and execute site migration content and redirect strategies for large and complex websites
  • Skilled in competitive analysis and identifying strategies to facilitate our clients in reaching the top of their industry
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations on the structure of websites and web pages
  • Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create highquality content around important relevant terms.
  • Collaborate with designers product marketers sales professionals and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
  • Work with our copywriters and developers to implement through short and longterm content marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to improve our company s contents search rankings for key terms.
  • Contribute to blog on an ongoing basis to support and promote your offering and to attract site visitors through search social media and email subscribers.
  • Create content marketing resources (English and Arabic) to drive leads subscribers and awareness (examples include blogs case studies SM content ad copies etc.).
  • Drive copywriting/messaging webpages across multiple business units including shared pages industryspecific microsites and product pages.
  • Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in. This role is at the core of the marketing team and others will rely on your work every single day.


Requirements
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • 5 Years of Experience in SEO
  • Past experience producing content for the web specifically as well as channelspecific knowledge (blog LinkedIn Twitter etc.).
  • B2B previous experience is a Plus
  • Fluent in English and Arabic Languages both written and verbal is a MUST
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask work well in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.
  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates.
  • Proficiency in web analytics software (Google Analytics) and keyword tools (MOZ SEM Rush Ahrefs) and other tools like Tag Manager WordPress etc.
  • Experience with datadriven SEO analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A dualminded approach: You re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be processdriven think scale and rely on data to make decisions.
