Responsibilities:
• Process and maintain confidential information and to properly document information for payroll purposes, i.e. new hire, personal information, wage changes, termination, etc. & ensure accurate information are recorded in the P&C system on time efficiently.
• Actively participate in the new hire orientation program
• Assist in organizing employee activities.
• Handle the administration process for Task Force, Expats…. etc.
• Assist in coordinating trainings and learning material.
• The ability to screen applicants, do reference checks, create complete job requisition on the system with full job posting aid.
• Communicates with other employees, departments, administrators, applicants and the public for providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment, transfers, personnel records, and leaves. Licenses and related legal requirements.
• Coordinates the certified employment process (e.g. tracking of staff as compared to budget, processing applications, analyzing transcripts and complying with established guidelines, ensuring other People & Culture team in work unit are doing it.
