Summary
Part time position leading into a full time role.
We are seeking a well-organised, highly motivated and enthusiastic team player with strong communication, attention to details and time management skills to join hands with our office administration team to manage day-to-day tasks relating to clients and bookings management.
Responsibilities
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
- Conducting and responding to emails and phone calls
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Daily coordination with staff, contractors, customers and suppliers
- Following up with appropriate parties as needed.
- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
- Assisting in NDIS marketing and promotion initiatives
- General office administration tasks & errands
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant or any other similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Accurate attention to details for records or notes keeping and investigating details on client files
- Proficient in using computers with good working knowledge of MS Office, internet, CRM software systems, internet browsing & performing data searches
- Familiarity with social media and web analytics.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in the disability sector.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Outstanding customer service skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and independent thinker
- Must have appropriate working rights to work in Australia
