Email CoordinatorKey Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution
- Create and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling and engaging messaging that aligns with brand voice.
Segmentation and Personalization
- Segment audiences based on behavioral and demographic data to tailor messaging.
- Utilize dynamic content and personalization techniques to increase engagement and CVR.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics.
- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Lifecycle Marketing Strategy
- Contribute to the development of lifecycle marketing strategies that grow customer retention, ROI, and LTV.
- Identify opportunities for targeted campaigns at different stages of the customer journey.
Testing and Optimization:
- Implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Continuously optimize messaging, targeting, and timing to maximize results.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all campaigns comply with legal regulations and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in email and SMS marketing.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Must have experience with Klayvio (non-negotiable). Experience with Braze/Iterable is a plus, as is experience with Attentive and/or Postscript
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email marketing is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail
