POSITION SUMMARY

- Respond to guest inquiries promptly and ensure their needs are met to their satisfaction. - Manage reservations, cancellations, and provide guests with information on amenities, local attractions, and services. - Assist guests with special requests like spa treatments, transport, or reservations. - Collaborate with the team to enhance department performance and achieve set goals. - Maintain a professional appearance, follow company policies, and protect guest privacy. - Build positive relationships with colleagues, contribute to team goals, and address concerns appropriately. - Identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and enhance organizational efficiency. - Perform various job duties as assigned by supervisors. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. - Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year. - Supervisory Experience: Minimum of 1 year. - License or Certification: Not required
