Overview of the role

The primary responsibility of the Online Marketing Manager is to spearhead the development and implementation of effective online marketing strategies utilizing digital tools to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. This role entails close collaboration with the digitalization team to identify, assess, and create digital tools tailored to meet marketing requirements. Serving as a vital link between the marketing and digitalization teams, the role ensures seamless communication and cooperation in tool development. Moreover, it involves managing content across various online channels to promote real estate offerings while maintaining brand consistency.

What you will do
  • Formulate strategies and campaigns to increase online traffic to the websites.
  • Supervise the social media strategy for all regions within the group.
  • Develop and execute an effective content marketing strategy, garnering feedback and backing from key stakeholders, aligning with customers, brand, and core themes.
  • Create and implement SEO and SEM marketing plans for all project assets based on revenue targets.
  • Generate online sales leads through various digital channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC advertising, and content marketing to attract, engage, and convert potential customers.
  • Utilize data, analytics, and creativity to optimize campaigns and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Manage the content of Real Estate's existing digital inventory and services, including Mobile Applications, On-Ground Digital Network, Data Ecosystem, software/hardware, etc.
  • Lead the adoption, development, and management of social media within the marketing team and assets based on the overall social media setup and governance structure by the digitalization team.
  • Offer guidance to key stakeholders in crafting innovative content plans to engage audiences on social media platforms.
  • Implement and monitor social metrics to gain insights into social and content performance as well as brand resonance.
  • Employ various techniques such as paid search, social media, SEO, and PPC in alignment with the SEO strategy.
  • Analyze customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Enhance the utilization and understanding of analytic tools, ensuring metrics are central to all digital operations.
  • Manage content and contribute to the front-end design of the website, introducing enhancements to the marketing-focused digital environment through the digitalization team.
  • Supervise digital campaign plans to guarantee they are innovative, brand-centric, and efficient.
Required Skills to be successful
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in leading various aspects of digital marketing.
  • Prior experience in media agency business with at least 3 years in digital advertising, preferably in real estate marketing or marketing agency contexts.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, agile, and driven to grow and transform rapidly.
  • Experience in social media networking and advertising.
