Overview:

A Digital Marketing Manager (also known as an Online Marketing Manager) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services.This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and trends to increase brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers.Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Campaign Management:Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., content, design, sales) to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.Content Creation and Management:Oversee the creation and optimization of engaging content for the company's website, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotions.SEO and SEM:Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings.Manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to maximize ROI on advertising spend.Social Media Management:Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.Monitor and respond to user interactions on social media platforms in a timely manner.Data Analysis and Reporting:Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Budget Management:Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient spending and maximum return on investment.Allocate funds across different channels and campaigns based on performance and strategic priorities.Customer Insights and Market Research:Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.Use insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer experience.Collaboration and Team Management:Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals.Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.Staying Updated:Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.Continuously seek out innovative ways to improve marketing performance and efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles.Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Reporting:Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Director of Marketing.Supervises: Digital Marketing Specialists, Content Creators, Social MEmployment Type: Full-time position.Location: Cairo SheratonThis job description outlines the key responsibilities and qualifications for a Digital Marketing Manager, providing a comprehensive view of what the role entails and the skills required to succeed
