We are seeking a Sales Operations Lead to join our team and help us optimize our sales processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance
  • Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure alignment and optimize sales processes
  • Manage and mentor the sales operations team, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their goals
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
  • Manage the sales technology stack, ensuring that all systems are integrated and optimized for maximum efficiency

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with sales technology platforms, including CRM and sales automation tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
